Instar Holdings was established by Jonathan Green in 2020. Mr. Green has an extensive background in startups as well as mergers and acquisitions. In 2011, Mr. Green founded a logistics company, growing it into the nation's largest independent transloader of oil and gas consumables and produced products. After overseeing a decade of the company's growth, Green decided to get back into the business of identifying new market opportunities and building new enterprises.

Mr. Green has over twenty years of experience owning and managing other successful companies, as well, from large-scale manufacturing facilities and farm and ranch implement dealerships, to commercial property holdings and alternative energy construction technology. Green's history of success is due in part to his unique ability to recruit and retain top industry talent. The breadth and depth of experience represented by the team at Instar Holdings yields not only the proficiency to identify new and existing market opportunities, but also to maximize investor returns through execution.
